Does anyone hear know Jake or Barbara Flohr? I'm about to buy some tickets from them and they really seem like great people but I don't know them very well. I'm only trying to very verify that things are what they seem.
Sincerely
a sprint car fan from Oklahoma.

I don't think you will have any problems. They always seemed like good people when I saw them at the track.

No smoking guns or mirrors when it comes to Jake. What kind of tickets if I may ask? If they happen to be Chili Bowl tickets let me know if you don't want them.

Sold. Thank you to Barbara and Jake Flohr for the tix and kindness. Absolutely great people to talk to. Interesting conversations indeed, my phone bill is proof! lol. Can not wait until next year Chili Bowl to meet em. Any regular of the CA sprint car scene should get to know the Flohr's. Fantastic people........1st class indeed.

I surely will Barbara. By the way I wore the Trophy Cup shirt Friday night when we went to eat and see Apocalypto....I received 3 comments about the shirt with each one asking me if I was from California.lol. It's a very nice shirt. Thanks to you and Jake for the shirt and programs.........I enjoyed reading them very much.
O BTW. I saw a driver on the Baylands entry list from Oklahoma. His name was Tony Armstrong. I'm not sure if you or Jake remember him, but I grew up watching him race here in OKC. Also saw him flip his car over the fence here (which in and of itself is almost an accomplishment at OKC's track) and then out into people's cars in the parking lot. I think I was only 6, but I'll never forget it. Needless to say everyone was very relieved that he was ok.
