Tonight it starts. The annual 3-race All-Star massacre in central PA by the Posse! With a "special" appearance by coachbob and his scales of reknown! This is the way it has always been! Come and be conquered! However, in the year of 2007, has the wormed started to turn? IF the All-Stars get one A-Main, they should pump their chests, shoot their fists in the air and proclaim themselves bad mothers! IF the All-Stars get two A-Main wins, it is my worst fear come true. The 2007 PA Posse is the "weakest" in history and its drivers should be running mini-vans at SSP! An All-Star sweep! Sell the house, wife, kids, dogs and prepare for the end of the world as we know it! Central PA secedes from the USA and joins Canada! I plan to be at the Port and Greed to see who is the speed bump and who is not! E-Mods.

Trust me, the All Stars who make the trip know they face long odds this weekend. At least they have the stones to make the trip.

Posse v. All Stars reminds me of when you read about these female high school wrestlers that wrestle with boys. If the boy wins, so what. He's a boy he's supposed to win. But, if the girl wins, the boy is ridiculed and ostrisized. It's a lose, lose situation for the Pa Posse.

highlight of the night: wheel banging under the caution between Shaffer and Layton.
The Hammer had them covered, hodnett tried to slide him on every restart...no dice. Shaffer and Nouse stopped in turn 4 when the "inadvertent" red come out on Lap 27 for just a split second after the Hammer clipped the wall in 3 and was done for the night. Shaffer and Nouse were to take their spots back but Layton decided it was his...actually drove over Wilson's LR under caution to run into Shaffer! Amazing display of sportsmanship for severl laps of cuation...pounding on each other. Wilson looked as tho he had no idea what was going on. On the restart, Layton tried in desparation to avenge the ruling but ended up losing several spots as his temper got the best of him. After the flags...more wheel banging...maybe more in the pits?
speedweek note: this is a perfect replay of yesteryear between these 2 drivers...can't wait to see how it works out this time...black flag ejections = entertainment value!
