Pombo Beats Ventura locals and veterans
Ontario California May 21, 2007 Davey Pombo has not been a stranger to the winners circle in 2007. He has won 4 out of his last 5 races. The latest victory came May 19th with the VRA at Ventura Raceway in Glenn Crossno's iTi powered Bullet chassis. Davey started deep in the field to claim the victory. Veteran racer Cory Kruseman came up short in his efforts to challenge for the win. Davey also still remains the point's leader in SCRA.
