ASCS Wing Sprint Cars Headline Added USA Raceway Date
Kevin Montgomery Tucson, Arizona (August 30th, 2010) – Race fans mark your calendar for September 18th as the winged warriors of the American Sprint Car Series will make an additional appearance at Tucson's USA Raceway.
The popular series was slated for a half dozen events at USA Raceway prior to capping the season off with the 43rd Annual Kronik Energy Drinks Western World Championships but due to unforeseen issues with another venue the date will be moved to the series' home track. September 18th was originally scheduled for Aztec Speedway, however, Aztec was unable to keep the date.
The UniFirst Super Stocks and the Hornets will also be moved to this date as a make up for the recently rained out August 28th event and will be joined by the popular USA Factory Stocks and X-Mod divisions to make a full night of racing action.
USA Raceway will return to action this Labor Day weekend for a two day racing spectacular with the return of the ASCS Wingless Sprint Cars. The Sprint Cars will be joined by the X-Mods, Factory Stocks, Modified Midgets and Southwest Modlites. The racing excitement begins when general admission tickets go on sale at 4pm for only $15, racing will begin promptly at 6:45pm. Suite Access Passes will allow race fans the opportunity to enjoy the races from USA Raceway's VIP Suite. Enjoy the races in luxury for only $30!
