Maybe somebody can help me out since I am pretty new to racing and this site in general; I seen that Kruesman and Hagen both run the USAC Western Midgets. Is that the primary sereis that they run in? And if so, will they be running with USAC/SCRA anymore this season? I ask this because I see where they have a race in Bakersfeild on Saturday, so there is no way they will be able to race at the PAS on the same day. This is kind of sad since I have enjoyed watching Hagen run the few times I have been to races this year.

Thank-you

Cory and Darren don't run the western states midgets as a primary division, the reason they are #1 and #2 in points for the western midgets is because of the race they ran at Manzanita in February and finished 1st and 2nd in was a National and western points race for the midgets.Darren is running for National points in both the sprint cars and midgets,he will be at Perris this weekend driving the #7 car and this will be his last race for awhile out here on the west coast,he will then head back to the mid west to start the National USAC sprint car and midget season. When his schedule permits he will drive the #7 car at selected USAC/CRA events throughout the season.Cory is also running a limited schedule with USAC/CRA and I believe he will also be at Perris this weekend, but not 100% sure.Hope this explains there situations some.
