Here's my preview:
It should be a good year for morels around the Lake Red Rock area. Last year was an early one. I think I was out in early April. I'm hoping the ticks will not be as bad this year as last. Usually you're looking at late April/early May to start the season. Give me some notice and we'll head out early on a race day. Of course, I could tell everyone my "spots", but I'd have to kill them...

Actually I look forward to the mushrooms coming just as much as the racing. As for the shrooms I should be getting some in about two to three weeks.
