1- after blocking a car and fuel and the driver are added the rear drops over an inch. how much does this tighten a car. should the rear be raised back some to compensate .? 2-if i have a 1000 bar on the left rear and go to a 1025 what will it do to the car handling ?

Don't adjust for the sag remember the fuel will be going away
Lowering the car usually makes most cars looser not tighter.
A stiffer left rear bar will usually tighten the car up unless something else is wrong
