I was lucky enough to watch JJ come up here in AZ and man, from 22nd to third! Do you think that boy can still wheel it or what!

Why the change for Casey? Scoring? typo? That's a big change.

I believe I actually finished 10th right behind Rip Williams, after the races for some reason I was scored 18th? When I told the USAC officials there is NO WAY I ran 18th I was told, "you cant argue with transponders!" It turns out it was a error by the USAC official running the transpoder system. After about an hour I was given 11th, still not where I believe I finished but I guess its better then 18th. The following day the USAC official responsible for the error came to me and said, "today will be better, no more mistakes, actually it wasnt really a mistake, it was almost like it was done on purpose" and turned and walked away......wow

Thanks Casey. Maybe they need to double the entry fees for more accuracy?

I think you are mis-stating what I said. I was trying to be courteous to you. I never said it wasn't really a mistake, it was almost like it was done on purpose. AND I did explain to you what happened the night before. I even showed you the computer that scored the race. I sorry that you took my friendly comments like you did. No Dick, that WAS your statement to me word for word! I thought the whole reason to have transponders was to eliminate scoring errors, which had been very frequent out there lately, but I guess even with them we still have to have competent people pushing the buttons. If this happened with anyone else running the transponders I would probably say, ok you screwed up, no big deal but the fact that it was YOU really irritated me and I think you know why. I know that people with USAC probably dont think all that much of me, for an obvious reason BUT I never thought I was blatantly mistreated untill you said what you did. People may think I am bitching or complaining, thats not it at all, I am just not scared to speak my mind and stand up for what I believe and I KNOW that those were your exact words to me, deny it all you want.... seeya in Tucson..

Oh, I would like to ask Dick one more question, you said you showed me the computer that scored the race, which yeah, I saw A computer, but do you remember telling me, "now I could take 5 minutes and explain it to you, but I dont think its worth it." Or are you going to deny that too??
