If you like racing yourself, I believe Speedway 94 runs their indoor track on the weekends during the winter. They advertise at Lincoln all the time. If you were interested I would call to check their hours however.

The reason the tracks in PA schedule races so early is because the fans support them. I have sat at Lincoln in February when the temperature was 35 degrees and there was mud everywhere and the place was absolutely packed.
