"IT" = Non-Wing I'm guessing. Thanks, but I prefer my sprints faster and more wild to watch... ;) (i.e. with wings)

I'll agree that wings are faster but I don't buy the "more wild to watch" part. I've gotten over being awed by sheer speed a long time ago.

The wingless racing is better because guys have to lift. I wish the outlaws and some others would have taken a cue from ascs and made the tires harder and narrower. This new tire rule will not help anyone out or make the racing better.

Gdude i agree all the tire rule will do is put cash in a promoters pockets. Wingless car are more of a race to watch in my opinion. Wingless drivers are just that drivers not pilots.

Winged cars are faster but "more wild"? Don't see near the passing, wheelies and bicycling with wings as you do without wings. Winged cars are so locked down they look like slot cars at times. Wingless guys often look like they are just on the verge of being out of control.

Watched one of those kiddy races, oh! I mean non wing races, at the nationals a few years back. And they must be much easier to drive than one with wings cause Sammy Swindell (a mostly winged competitor) led from flag to flag. It was the boringest race I ever watched next to the one local non-wing race at husets this year were they race before the winged sprints. I don't know, I wouldn't be able to take it, those non-wing races are coma inducing.

PS- a photographer simply can't get that kind of photo with a winged sprint, because they are so much faster.

WOW look like?????????? they are thats why they are drivers. lol I wish all sanctioning bodys would run some wingless shows with their winged shows ,that way a all around driver would be champion.

I was there for that piss poor excuse of an exhibition on a sorry one lane track. If you use only that race to draw your conclusion, then you need to get out more.

If Cappy wasn't so scared and would give the USAC decent track without the winged cars to ruin the track, the midget race in June would overshaddow any winged race there.

And Top Fuel is faster than that. Does that make it better?
