O’Reilly USCS season opener 10 days away at North Florida Speedway, Feb. 1st-3rd
Atlanta, GA - The O’Reilly Auto Parts United Sprint Car Series “Outlaw Thunder” Tour will kick off it’s 2007 racing season with the North Florida Internationals two-day event for winged sprint cars at North Florida Speedway in Lake City, Florida on Thursday February 1, 2007 through Saturday, February 3, 2007. The three-day event will feature a test and tune practice session on Thursday evening. The racing action will kick into full swing on Friday night with a full racing program that will feature time trials, qualifying heats and B and the A Main event presented by Bob Potter's B&W Enterprises. Saturday night’s program will feature a full racing program again with the 30 lap O’Reilly USCS Outlaw Thunder Tour finale presented by CnB Mushroom Farms that will pay $2500 to win with $3000 possible including bonuses. At least $5000 will be possible to win with bonuses over both nights.
Also on the racing card for the North Florida Winternationals and “Snow Bird 200” weekend will be a North vs. South Shootout for the U.M.P Open Wheel Modifieds that posts $2500 possible to win over two nights in the open wheel modified division. The Florida Speedway Hobby and Pure Stock divisions weekly racing divisions will also be included on the racing program each night as well. Early sprint car entry inquiries have been received from twelve states and Canada and great field is expected for this early season first annual event. The track is located five miles South of Lake City, Florida just off US Highway 41. I-75 Exit 414 on Highways US 41 and US 441 just South of Lake City, Florida. .
