Think you have seen it all? The heat race was very tense, but the top (3) winners made it exciting, especially 'LIL FREAKY'. Your down time mounts, the pit crew works feverishly to make the necessary changes to your modified making sure nothing is missed. As the tension mounts you enter the drivers seat, helmet on and line up awaiting your call. It's time, as all modifieds enter the track you focus on what/how to handle this race. The track announcer begins the intro (driver/car #) and it's time for the green flag. The race was intense from the beginning, but the caution light goes on, now what will happen? As the track's cleared cars begin to line up for the restart and we're off again. From the driver's view things look good, but then it appears your being boxed in, so wait for the appropriate time and make that move. IT HAPPENED! The door opened & 88xxx made the decision to go for it! From that point on he was the show taking the checkered flag followed by an amazing donut performance on the main stretch. Another victory for LIL' FREAKY! Question, will Keith Hudson be really good for the 88xxx? To be continued ..... next week!
