NOTES:
Jack Hewitt led all 30 laps to score his first USAC victory of 1992. It was Jack's 27th career USAC Sprint Car win and his 45th USAC win in open-wheel competition.
Jack started on the pole in the J.W. Hunt / JetStar machine and assumed command at the drop of the green flag. A late race yellow narrowed his margin of victory over Tray House and third place Cary Faas, who put on a spectacular last-lap dice for the runnerup spot.
Defending Champion Robbie Stanley finished seventh and retained the lead in the series points. Gary Cameron was the fastest qualifier and won his heat race.
