Instead of coming off as an ass, how bout you do some research and figure out who Dustin Purdy is?
I didn't know who he was, but googled his name and found the team's website. Maybe you should do the same.

Fair enough assesment I suppose. Perhaps my perception of the word "ultimate" is different than his and yours?
Is the answer to everything now to tell people to do some reasearch on the internet? 'Seems like that would make for a pretty boring world. Since someone is using social media for promotion, I'm giving him a chance to promote. Sure, I could google Dustin Purdy. What's the point? Wouldn't he get more mileage out of taking this opportunity to tell all the folks on Hoseheads who Dustin Purdy is, what he's doing and what his plans are for the coming season?

Oh I completly agree, it would be the perfect platform to promote his team. I guess my dissatisfaction, was i felt there was a cheap shot thrown, by calling him out about using the word ultimate. Because at the end of the day, maybe to somepeople this is the ultimate racing experience. On a personal level, i don't think it is an ultimate giveaway, but comend him for trying to give back to the fans and potentially trying to expose his team to new fans.

They have also put alot of Videos on here as well. Maybe people like Murph just overlooked those Post's because it wasn't a household name.
