Dry, dusty dirt tracks - imagine that when it's sunny, 90, with a steady breeze all day - for days in a row.
I'm sure there are some - somewhere - who can make something of a dirt track under those conditions but not many.
Just who/where?
One should not expect much under these conditions - jus sayin.
