I can tell you exactly, being that I'm a Port Royal native living 15 minutes outside of Philly. It takes me about 2 1/2 hours to get to Port from here. That's usually with a fuel/pee stop and a beverage stop too. WG about two hours, Path Valley is just under three hours (I own a house near there so I know that trip well), Selinsgrove will be about 2 1/2 give or take a few minutes as well. Not sure about Lincoln and Grandview is only about an hour, maybe a few minutes less depending on traffic. Hagerstown will be about 2 1/2 as well or close to it.

so Mechanixburg would be a central location for the first half then, bagging philly and driving up from NC...

In my opinion, the first half of the week is definitely better. Smaller tracks and usually better fields.

Yeah, I would definitely not come into Philly. Since I moved here from the Port Royal area it's been a real pain in my ass to get myself to the races. Not because I don't like driving, hell I'm a trucker, it's just a long drive after being at the races from gate opening to the end of the night. And consuming adult beverages doesn't make it any better, lol.

Yeah, I know where Lincoln is, I just don't go there for so many reasons. But yes, it's not too much farther than the Grove.

Lincoln - hands down the best racing of any track in central PA no other track is even close.
Let's go Sprint Car Racing!
Knoxville - Best Track In the USA!
Eldora - 2nd Best Track in the USA!

Hahaha. You'd be a good caddy. You put the ball on the tee for him and everything.

If it doesn't rain on Saturday night I will be heading 1.5 hours south to Lincoln from McAlisterville. I wish there was good 410 racing closer to home....but there isn't since Port doesn't put enough water on the track at the start of the night.

You will be sorely missed. Bahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!!! Sorry, I couldn't do that without laughing. Enjoy Strawser, Port doesn't need you, nor do the faithful Port fans. You know so much about Port, considering you don't even go, lol. Man, are you a blowhard. But most of us Juniata County natives already knew that.
