NCRA Releases 2018 Late Model Schedule!
 
Park City, Kansas – January 29, 2018 - Officials with the National Championship Racing Association of Park City, Kansas presented by Precise Racing Products have released the 2018 schedule for their crate late model division, consisting of fourteen events at six different venues.
 
The 34th year of sanctioning late model races, fourth utilizing the crate-motor rules, will kick off on Saturday night, April 8, at Enid Speedway in Enid, Oklahoma and their first appearance at the Garfield County Fairgrounds track since 2012. This event will see the series joined by the Sooner Late Model Series.
 
Two weeks later the tour will make a Saturday night, April 21, appearance at 81 Speedway in Park City and their first of five appearances at the “home track” of the series.
 
Saturday night (May 26) of the Memorial Day weekend will see the tour head to Thunder Hill Speedway in Mayetta, Kansas and the first of four events at the high-banked three-eighths mile oval.
 
The month of June will see the tour in action three times. First up will be their second appearance of the season at 81 Speedway on the 7th before a return trip to the speedway on Sunday night, June 17th, for the tracks annual “Father’s Day” event that will also see the series sprint car, modified and mod lite divisions in action.
Saturday night, June 23, will see the tour back at Thunder Hill Speedway.
 
A busy two-race slate will take place over the Independence Day holiday weekend, beginning at Tuesday night, July 3, at the Belleville High Banks in Belleville, Kansas. From there the tour will head south to 81 Speedway for Wednesday night, July 4, appearance.
 
What looked like wouldn’t happen, will, as the 62nd annual Hutchinson Grand Nationals will once again happen on Friday and Saturday night, July 20-21, atop the famed half-mile oval at the Kansas State Fairgrounds.
 
The tours third appearance of the season will take place one week later on Saturday night, July 28, at Thunder Hill Speedway.
 
The final appearance of the season at 81 Speedway for the late model “gladiators” takes place on Saturday night, August 4.
 
Labor Day weekend Saturday night, September 1, will see the tours final scheduled appearance for 2018 at Thunder Hill Speedway.
 
The tour will close out their season on Saturday night, October 6, in their first and only appearance at Salina Speedway in Salina, Kansas.
