Park City, Kansas – August 27, 2017 - Four races remain on the current 2017 race schedule for the National Championship Racing Association of Park City, Kansas presented by Precise Racing Products modified division and two of those events will be held this coming Labor Day holiday weekend. It all kicks off this coming Friday night as the tour makes their trip north to Salina (KS) Speedway before heading back south to their home track, 81 Speedway in Park City.

It will be a pivotal weekend in the point chase for the drivers, led by former two-time series champion Dan Powers. Josh Lanterman and defending tour champion Scott Green are tied for the fourth position in the standings, just 160-points out while Jason McGehee, Beau Davis, Cecil Dymond, Jon Herring, Jr. and Ross Shipman round out the top ten.

Herring currently leads the rookie of the year standings by a mere six points over Corey Lagroon while Dymond sits third, just twelve points out.
