Longdale Hosts Two-Nights of Racing This Saturday and Sunday Night!
 
Huge Fireworks Display on Sunday Night’s Program
 
 
Longdale, Oklahoma – June 26, 2017 - It will be a huge two nights of dirt track racing action to kick off the month of July this coming weekend as Longdale Speedway in Longdale, Oklahoma presents, the fourth annual “America Proud 4th of July Celebration this Saturday and Sunday night. Both night’s will be Top Gun Series Nights with a huge fireworks display taking place during Sunday night’s racing program.
 
The tracks IMCA sanctioned weekly divisions consisting of modifieds, sport mods, stock cars and the pure stocks will be in action both nights, both complete programs of heat races, last chance and championship features.
 
An open practice session for all drivers competing during the Holiday weekend will be held on Friday night, June 30th.
 
The two-day entry fee for each division is as follows:
 
IMCA Modified: $75
 
IMCA Sport Mod: $65
 
IMCA Stock Car: $65
 
Pure Stocks: $60
 
Saturday night’s feature pay for the IMCA modifieds is $550 to win and $75 to start the twenty-four car feature finale while Sunday night’s feature will pay $1200 to win and $150 to start.
 
IMCA Sport Mods will compete for $400 to win, $50 to start on Saturday night and $800 to win, $100 to start on Sunday night.
 
IMCA Stock Cars will run for $400 to win and $50 to start on Saturday night and $800 to win and $100 to start on Sunday night.
 
Saturday night will see the Pure Stocks compete for $300 to win and $30 to start while Sunday night the division will compete for $600 to win and $80 to start.

Format for all divisions both night’s will be draw; redraw.
 
Friday night’s practice session will be from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM. Gates both Saturday and Sunday night open at 5:00 PM with a 7:00 PM start time. Both night’s grandstand general admission is just $15 for adults; Seniors and Military $12 and kids 12 and under admitted into the grandstands for free. All pit passes are just $30 each night.
