I've got a couple of questions for the board and the set up experts here.

What are the ranges of the circumferences of the left rear tires used by winged sprinters?  How about the right rear?  I've noticed some differences on the cars looking at Williams Grove versus other tracks.  How do you determine what stagger to use?

Are the tire widths the same, i.e. the right rear is 16"?   What about the left rear?

I am no expert but I can tell you what I know. 

Outlaw tires 2016/2017

105 inch right rear, so far this year all of the purchased tires have been small chalk mark 108-3/4. General terms the tire will roll out 4 inches less than the chalk mark when aired up to pressure 8-9 LBS, although it could be 2 inches bigger or smaller than the chalk mark. The H-15 outlaw tire is a 16" tire, not sure if the 18 inch tire is still an option or not. 

Left rear H-12 you have options; 90" 92" 94"short and 94"tall and 96" 90 and 96 tires are not used all that often.

Lots of different reasons for stagger combinations but general terms the shorter the track and heavier the track there is more stagger in the car, the longer the track and the dry/harder the track cars use less stagger. 

 I dont know much about tires of days past other than there used to be an 88" left rear. Cars look really goofy with 18 inches of stagger!

The H left rear tire is 15 inch width. This info is just for the outlaw tires. Not sure what the rules throuought the country are. 14 and 15 inch rims are used on the LR 16, 17, and 18 inch rims are used on the RR. mostly 15 and 17's though. 

LR4-6 LBS

RR8-10 LBS

Ive ran/won winged 410 with anywhere between 4-8 lbs

Hoosier says no less than 8 on rr and 6 on lr, but we have run 7 and 5 on dry track.  Years ago befoe beadlocks tracks required a tube in RR and like 20 pounds of air or more.  Sheet metal screws were screwed into bead of tire thru the rim.  Before bleeders they would poke a little hole in side  wall tto let air out as tire pressure built up when tires got hot, or they would cut a slice in rubber seal on valve stem with a razor blade.
