Brutal reception, don't think I saw two consecutive laps without buffering and I tried both Firefox and Chrome.
Brutal track, slick in hot laps, getting slicker with every lap, get up top or go backwards, occasional slide job if the slidee is a decent racer and the guy he's passing is lost.
Then you have some guy named 'Taz' caling every other sprint heat, sounds like it's his first show. His bigget scream of the night came after the checkered in the first heat when they threw the yellow and he thought it was real, dang son is there no wrasslin' tonite you can cover and fit right into. The other announcer is Great, best thing about the night.....
Hopefully some track work will be done overnight or in the morning or a big rain shower or it will be a paved track by tomorrow's final, watch at your own risk...Taz listen to a few John Gibson tapes and relax.....

Good news, not buffering every lap, bad news, it's a huggy pole extravaganza, zzzzzzzz......It could be worse, I could have gone to the horse races and lost a couple hundred where I'm only out $20 here, sad that's my highlight of the night, lol....

I like it when Mark wins, he goes hard and I had a talk with him at Eldora once, don't think he knew I was the evil MSPN tho', nice converstion.
This was 24 laps of single file racing and the announcer if you were Stevie Wonder had you witness the race of the decade. Some of his quotes were 'passing all over the track', there was none and for the third or fourth time tonite when the flags came out for two to go he said 'we're at the hafway mark' Never did say anything after saying the white flag is out each time following his bold announcement, lol. Honestly I've heard announcers in three different countries cover a sprint car race and ol' Taz was easily the worst, sorry guy.
Nice to see TMC win, always enjoy that, hope he repeats tomorrow and I truly hope they unpave the track, later.....

I watched East Bay PPV last night but went with USAC at Bubba tonight and glad I did. Excellent heats and a barn burner feature. Think I will go with USAC again Saturday. I had buffering with Xsan last night and zero issues with Speedshift.

It was just as brutal being there.no buffering though. Our first time there... 600 Cc micros were impressive. rint heats were pretty decent. i was hoping inthe Bs that the track would morph into a dry slick with slide jobs, but to no avail..

Good to hear Rollie, I have seen dozens of very good races at East Bay over the years. It used to be a lot of fun bench racing and socializing (drinking) with John Gilbertson, Gene Marderness, Ken Coles, John Sawyer and others pre-race.
Was hoping for TMC to bring it home but have no probs with Mr. Smith taking the checkers and real happy to see CANUCK Thomas Kennedy (who's Fathers shirt I am currently wearing) finish 2nd. Glad it went well....
