I will always remember that he loved racing enough to try to run 200 times in one year which was unheard of. Hopefully there will be some missing man formations the rest of this season that will still get him to 200.

I will also remember that he won so many races, especially this year, and that he showed seat time always prevails. Here was a guy completely on top of his game, even ran Indy, and yet you could see him get even faster as the races clicked off one night after another this year. Quite remarkable. He truly went out on top of his game.

I will also always remember him catching Rico in victory lane after a very hard fought battle at the Chili Bowl.

God speed. Rest in peace.
