Do you seriously want this tool gunking up our youth? My god man, are you crazy? What if one of those youngsters wants to set a table up at YOUR track? Bad idea, just a bad idea......

I've seen many a drunk and obnoxious fan at races over the years.....do they "gunk" up the youth? As far as setting up a table....why the hell do they allow him to do it if it's such a problem? JMO....but the track should handle that situation. If they let him do it, then you can certainly ignore and avoid it. Good idea/bad idea didn't matter.....he's all mouth and wouldn't do it anyhow. How about yourself....sounds like you'ld be a good influence.

Why is it that because we enjoy going to the races you say we don't care? Read the comments on the thread abut Susquehanna on Sunday, the only complaints are from people who wanted the show to start on the advertised time and to get home at a decent hour. You keep referencing that racing is not as good now as it was in the old days before store bought parts. I have been going to the sprint car races since I was 2 months old and I can tell you that I remember some not so great races back then every so often just like I see every so often now. They can't all be knock down drag out six car battles for the lead Bob. You keep coming up with ideas to grow the sport and when someone suggested that you bring new fans you had excuses why you couldn't. Maybe you should take some time off from here and concentrate on building your home built 410 and try and get a team to try it out for you.

Exactly. I've been going to sprint car races since I came out if the womb and for as long as I can remember, there's been good races, there's been bad races and there's been great races. I have no idea why Altman continues to try and shove his "ideas" down everyone's throat when it is pretty obvious that the overwhelming majority of us are pretty happy with how things are. Hell, he even says all the time how people like it how it is yet still be persists. If he was truly all about the fans like he falsely claims to be, he'd just accept it and be happy that the fans are happy but that isn't what he's all about. He's all about running his mouth and hoping that someone uses one of his ideas so that he can take credit and then fish for compliments about it. He won't ever actually do a damn thing besides that because that's all he's ever done
