I work for a company that if you post something derogatory on them on social media(facebook twitter etc) you will get fired. Seen it happen to a couple of co workers. And while not Ballous employers he races USAC. If they have rules and you break em you pay the price. Sounds like this deal has been brewing for a couple years now. How many warnings does a person get? And as far as ASCOC, if they truly are following suspensions from other series this makes sense. It does suck for Ballou and his fans and more importantly his sponsors. Dont think they can be too thrilled about this. Seems like if he had problems with the track he shoulda went to the track, at that moment, and not posted of twitter. But thats just my opinion.

Well the real question is will he be able to go to Eldora next year the Sunday before the 4 Crown & have all week to prep the track ?
After all that is in black & white.

Comical. Kokomo was alreay on the no-race list for Ballou. The All Stars sending him a letter letting him know that he can not race on that evening, is smart from a legal standpoint. But, dont let the facts get in the way of some good message board bashing.....
