"IMO"  grandview always has great 410 races. Very dusty compaired to the central pa tracks but it is dirt track racing. Parking is a bitch but i never have a problem cause i always park on the edge of the field before the track, takes a couple more steps but i drive right in and i drive right out when over. I know it may suck to pay to park in the lots around the speedway and they do cram the cars in there. But to me its great to support them since they actually give up there yard for parking, when in reality they could be over there complaining about the track and before we know it we lose another track. Like i said just my opinion.

Mercer, I'd love to see them at that place.

No one knows what is going on with Mercer but All Stars did not schedule any races there this year. Turkey did a good job helping promote last year and some drivers did take note of his efforts but it's unclear what 2018 season will be.  Not sure Mercer has the facilities or the willingness or fiscal means to pay WoO sanctioning fees.

What does it cost a track to have the WoO show up? What is the cost for an AllStar race?

Even though I may not know you, I
care what most of you think!

Not a great facility but they'd put on one heck of a show at Path Valley

As much as I would love to see that, it won't happen. If WoO officials took one look at the multitude of safety issues for both the drivers and the fans that exist there, that would be all it takes. I've been to a lot of tracks but they have hands down the worst catch fence I've ever seen. It couldn't stop a snow ball. There are so many places around that track where a sprint car could easily find its way into the crowd or the pits that it would take way more time than I'm willing to spend to mention them all. I'm not at all a fan of Danny Dietrich and his timing couldn't have been more classless (he tweeted it while the races were halted because Guy Griffin was fighting for his life after a micro crash) but he was exactly right when he tweeted about safety issues at Path Valley during the speedweek show there. It's one of my top 3 favorite tracks anywhere but they need to address these issues if they're going to continue having 410 shows because it isn't a matter of if, it's a matter of when. Something really bad is going to happen there unless something is done.

Susky, Path Valley or Grandview would be great. Selinsgrove is putting in a good effort upgrading but lets skip another 1/2 mile.

What is the deal with Grandview parking? Only physically been there once when I was younger so I don't remember that part. Is it worse than the nonsense at Hagerstown?

I'm with you there. We have plenty of follow the leader WoO shows at boring rubbered up Central Pa. half miles. Give them another show at Lincoln or schedule Grandview or Susky.
