Zoom zoom has been with BWW for over a month now and i dont recall any wins but hes been darn fast against some great teams. IF they stick with him i think the wins will come so for Dustys sake i hope they keep him.

I believe he won the 1st 2 times he sat in the car! September 4 and September 5 maybe?

Ford...you have your opinion and you are free to express it...but what you don't know (and what I've already explained previously) is that I did get both sides of the story. I did report on one side of it. BUT, I was asked by the other side to not post anything and let it go. So, I honored his wishes and did not post anything regarding his side of the story. I made a generally vague statement and that was it. Sorry this doesn't please your wishes but I was doing what was asked of me by those directly involved in the story.

Check again Stroker...it is in the Silly Season page....been there for several days now. No favoritism at all...I found out the information and posted it....pretty simple.
As far as the WG story...I reported what was told to me by a team owner that had a car participating in that race...sorry if he didn't get the information correct...thus, I didn't get the information correct. I was wrong and I admit that but I'm only as good as my source is so my apologies.

I guess if you want to split hairs then yes, it is on there. I just find it funny that news such as Tyler Walkers drug trial keeps making the main news and you can report about any county dirt-track closing or re-opening on the front page yet for some strange reason the BWW news doesn't make the front page. I know, not my web site so dont go there if I dont like it. Alls I am doing is pointing out the obvious. Some consider this a credible web site. Others dont (which includes me), that doesn't mean the Brad is a bad guy but if your web-site is called a "rumor" sight then just exactly how can you be sure everything is credible? Recent history suggests some stories are incorrect which to me leads to the "non" credible part. Also by not reporting on certain select "favorite" teams makes a guy wonder. What exactly is wrong with someone like me asking why certain news is censored is all I ask?

I'm not going to continue with this pissing match...your opinion is already formed and no matter what I say, it will not change. About half of the drivers listed in my Silly Season page never made it in the news section so I guess I'm biased towards Dale Blaney, David Gravel and so on and so forth.
Stop by and enjoy my web site or never visit it again....I'm not going to loose any sleep over it. Have a good one.

Zomer won @bestdirttrack on September 4th. Awesome race between him and Mark Dobmeier. They were racing each other with 22 other cars getting in the way. Dusty got around Mark midway, Mark was on the move looking to pass when a bottom feeder drifted up to the cushion, hit a rut and bicycled, and Mark had to slam on the brakes giving Dusty the win. No complaints, that's racing. Awesome, awesome race. Hats off to Dusty, Mark Dobmeier doesn't lose on his home track very often. You can check out the race highlights... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3ykTa7EWVxA&index=2&list=PLXK3Cxi0t-eJ_0HSa_BDL1aMYgNNrsqIm
Sprint car racing is life. The rest is just details...

Zomer also won the IRA show at Superior. After talking to him at Cedar Lake he is a class act! Gained a fan in me! He will be good for the BWW 82 on and off the track!

The question isnt if Zomer is gonna win a race next year in the 82 but rather how many. I think this is a team that could do some really good things in 2015. Its also nice to see Ian Madsen sticking around the midwest another year. I thought for sure he was planning on moving up to the WOO after he accomplished his main goal of winning the Knoxville points this year. Thats another quality ride that I'll be excited to see at Knoxville hopefully all season. 2015 is shaping up to be an excellent year for 410 sprints in the midwest. Too bad its only October...

Don't win races? I'm pretty sure the Lunstra team is one of the winningest teams in the upper midwest - or anywhere for that matter - for the past 8 years. There are very few teams out there with more wins during that span - including a 25 win season in 2006 (I believe that was the year). So apparently glitz and glamour DOES win races - or wait, maybe it was that Dobmeier guy behind the wheel....

I didnt say anything about not winning races, dip shit. I said motor program. Haf the wins form this season werent even lunstras motors. They were big trucks by jimco, And I saw this split coming. All the knoxville races had lunstras motor in them and they run good. Dobmeier is a HELL of a shoe. Look at sunbys results at knoxville and look at lunstras this last year. Id put my money on sunbys motors of lunstras.

You are the dip shit. Idiot. Here is your exact words Mr. "I didn't say anything about not winning races."
"Lunstra has a better trailer program, but the glitz and glamour dont win races"
Excellent first two posts by the way. What do you have against Lunstra? Obviously you have some chip on your should against him.

Good Luck to Dusty. Now, I just hope the 91 team continues to field a team (and finds a quality driver).

My thoughts exactly jholz - thanks for the back up! I'm having a hard time figuring where he's going with all this, except to bash Lunstra.

Don't let the hecklers get to you. You're doing your site as a labor of love, what's to criticize? I remember waiting two weeks for NSSN to come in the mail to find out what was going on 35 years ago. Now it's at our fingertips in real time on social media and people complain because it's not exactly to their liking. In case anyone hasn't noticed the major media outlets aren't flocking to dirt track racing to report on results and silly season. That leaves it to what mostly amounts to part time hobbyists with a passion for the sport. If your dectractors think they can do better they're free to open an account with a webhosting company and do better. Most of the big ones, 1&1, Godaddy, etc., offer hosting for less than $5 per month with a couple of included domains.
Personally I think you do a great job and your site is one of my favorite sources for Sprint Car news.
