Didnt he say on Winged Nation yesterday, that Webb has been good to him, and he sees no reason to jump ship, although he wants to go full time Oulaws if Kennedy can find some sponsors?

I hope he goes outlaws then

Ya, it would be nice to see him take another shot with the tour.

I think it is pretty obvious where Blaney will be when he is guaraneed $500 appearance money a night just to show up at an All Star show in 2015.
|
And with Jac possibly leaving the series, Blaney would have the championship virtually wrapped up seeing as though he would be the ONLY full timer running the series.

Dale and Kennedy were both at the first Renegade meeting and were the loudest. Now they are Webbs best friend. No wonder the other drivers don't want anything to do with them? Did you hear his interview on last lap? Just putting facts together. Hhhhmmmmmmm??????

Moral to the story..........Money talks, and Blaney must be the only person Guy Webb is going to pay. You wouldn't think a series could survive with only one driver.
If I am a promoter, I am booking the Renegades (I obviously am not a promoter though)

Will he have a choice I don't think guy webb can run the Allstars with one driver
|
Guys run the All Stars the last few years with Dale, Tim Shaffer and Dan Holtgraver.
Even after Shaffer and Holtgraver left the All Stars they still had good car count.
It's the All Stars they have been around for a long time and they will have cars.
Don't like him but he will have a show.

Maybe they had good car counts because the teams didn't have many, if any other options....
That should change next year.....and even more so the following year......

So this is what it's come to? Every time an owner has a beef, we get another new series? Give me a fucking break! That only hurts sprint car racing when there isn't enough cars to support the travelling series' we already have. How is any track supposed to make a decision now? I would choose NEITHER if I was a promoter. The same thing is going on out east with the 360's(United Racing Company vs. United Racing "Club"). The new series has the gall to use the same initials! The All-Stars have a brand name that has been around a long time, always enjoyed them and I hope they are around for many more years. OH can keep the renegades and their spoileed brat father/son combo. JMO

The racing has been good, but the shows have been lousy. The Renegades should hire Webb and his staff to run the program in a timely manner. Been to all 4 Renegade shows and Friday, 55 minutes late for hot laps waiting on an ambulance, has been there best effort. Kudos to the Atomic staff for the well run program on Thursday.
|
I remember an Outlaw show at LaSalle 2 years ago and the show was over an hour late in starting... No ambulance, only 2 push trucks. I think the TRACK is to set those things up in most cases.....not the league. BTW the Outlaws did not go to LaSalle the next season......
I tell it like I see it.

Now Holden haven't ya seen that at least 3 tracks have said they want nothing to do with the Renegades. Those 3 tracks only run the Speedweek shows & 1 other date. If I'm not mistaken the track that runs 2 dates did not run the All Stars for 2 or 3 years & tried to start up a sanction of thier own that never got off the ground.
