1 too many divisions if you run more than 2 support classes they need to be feature only

2 headline division feature should be on track by 1030

3 start on time

1/2 mile track and only sending out 1 car at a time for qualifying.

Announcers that exaggerate the action on the track.

Yep, but thats their job. I can't imagine an announcer saying "This race really sucks".... can you?

Drunks and morons who know nothing about sprint cars but think they are experts. Like the guy sitting behind me one night that told his son that Rico STANDS UP in his car to drive it, rather than sit like other drivers.

Thats funny! wink

1-Tracks that rush through shows, I didnt pay around 20 bucks to be back home in 2 hours.

2-People who whine about smoking. Dust, exhaust, methenal, drunks alcohol, cussing ,but my ciggerette is terrible.give me a break you idiot my cigg is most healthy thing anyone is breathing at the races. You will get cancer from the year old hot dogs quicker.

Track announcers who show favoritism towards their favorite driver.

This one is Port Royal.......there is not a doubt who he likes.  I will give everyone a hint....he only races at the track about 9 or 10 times a year now.

I remember back in the day when Ports current announcer would stand up and cheer when a certain driver flipped before they would announce he was ok.  He has no class at all.

Let's go Sprint Car Racing!

Knoxville - Best Track In the USA!
Eldora - 2nd Best Track in the USA!

knucklehead flagman, announcers that try to introduce drivers over sound of 850+ horsepower. not sure about everyone else, on large car counts im a big fan of multiple cars qualifying for 2 laps. not big on unneccesary long shows. good entertainment however, is fine. example, peter murphy classic @ tulare bthunderbowl does the "pole shuffle", if you have not seen one of these, they are extremely entertaining. very popular in australia

Keep on puffing away dickhead. The problem will solve itself in a matter of time. Last time I checked the kids nose isn't next to the tail pipe of a car inhaling exhaust fumes. And no your cigarette is not the most healthy thing anyone will inhale at a race track and no you will not get cancer quicker from a hot dog than a cigarette. But if you feel that way, go ahead and light as many as you want. Like I said, problem will solve itself idiot

I'm several hundred feet from the track but generally only 4-6 feet downwind from someone burning garbage. Would you have a problem with me sitting in front of you and crapping my pants every 20 minutes?

The only thing that bugs me?  (and there is truly only 1 thing!)   When I can pull up 3 or 4 weather forecasts, watch the futurecasts, compare data, and see there is going to be a moderate chance of rain at 9:30, and the chance will increase as the minutes wear on, why do we wait until rain is in the area to speed up the show?????????????????????????

Knoxville did a fantastic job last weekend--with track prep, racing, etc.  BUT, they really lucked out.  They should not have waited until heat races to all of the sudden kick it in the ass.  That storm could have easily pushed 20 miles East before it stalled out and we would have been rained out at 8:30 or 9:00.

I really don't mind a drawn out show if there is no weather in the area---within reason

OK, how about when they put the cheese dip on nachos HOURS before they serve them? SOGGGYYY!  I'm naming names: Oskalooosa (where they won't shut up about "adult beverages")

No, I don't hate port royal.  I hate the way they prepare the track.  End of Story.  I hate 19 or 20 second laps in the feature.

What I am saying about their announcer is spot on.  I saw it many of times live with this one car flipping.

I was a smoker for 40 years, but I had more respect for those that didn't smoke than to light up in a crowd. And believe me as an ex smoker........not much stinks worse. I've found that most smokers are a selfish bunch when it comes to lighting up, even when it's in a non smoking area. And, if you still possessed your sense of smell (which you don't), you'd realize that even at a race track, your smell over powers that of the race track atmosphere. Also, being the smoker you are indeed the stupid one. Why else would you be so defensive and verbally offensive all at one time?
