Roth's reason for changing drivers often and a direct quote:  "it's my car".  As good a reason as there is I guess.

Europe died during Hitler's deathcamps. If not
for WWII, Jewish people in Europe would number 30
million-all making important contributions. Instead
Europe has 30 million people of another persuasion
trying to destroy Europe.

I'd heard that the 2 car was folding up shop to enable Owner to focus on his race track and simply sponsorships. That Madsen was moving over from the 2 car to the 83 car and they would be touring. Now could it be a rumor and I could be incorrect, but this siw aht I was told

Would "big Selzi" have had as good a year racing on the left coast as "little Selzi" had this past year. Of course "Big" was racing with stiffer competition all year so difficult comparison but IMHO Gio was the surprise of the year in sprint car racing.  I was going to say Sam H's 20 wins was the surprise of the year but reading a post above about the lack of talent (according to writer) in the ASCS makes me take Sam off the list.  But hope Sam gets a WoO ride.  20 wins is 20 wins, don't care where it's at.

Congress is continuing to destroy this country. Come
on, get on board. Wasn't 8 years of destruction enuf.

You don't fall out of bed and get 20 wins. It was clear that Sam H. had talent when he was just a teen. That has not changed.
