Everyone in the pits know what im talking about. Biggest whinner there is. Then gets on social media and says all the right things

Just Super Chuck's two cents, but he's heard A TON of whining about Brown over the years. Every driver has their bad nights, but as a whole there are very few drivers that are better with fans. Heck, the guy has spoiled the Little Chucks since day one. Yes he wins a lot, but it's a rare night that Brown leaves the track with the trophy. Nine times outta ten he gives it to one of his little fans, both of Super Chuck's boys have one of his and that is a BIG deal to a kid.
But simply put, that boy gets it done on the track. Gets it done for his team, sponsors and fans. You really think all those sponsors just walked up to him and wrote checks? Sorry, not how it works folks. The guy has built a high caliber team by aligning himself with great partners and a strong crew who all PUT IN THE WORK to get it done. That is the biggest difference. Guessing he doesn't much care about what "Everone in the pits" thinks.

From what I heard at Jackson earlier this year he is turning into atop-notch cry-baby(they're not paying enough-they don't get done early enough) and I could go on and on I think that is what Rwiese18 is talking about GM
|
So he's the average person on Hosehead's?

Couldn't agree more Super Chuck. All of those things you mentioned are what made me a fan of him. Nailed it.

Correct. Apparently some of these people have never attended a drivers meeting.

It will be interesting to see how he does this Satutday at a smaller, racier track instead of the flat out 1/2 miles where you generally finish where you start. Selinsgrove had about a half hour of drizzle just before the start and that didn't allow the track to widen out very much for the feature. Starks was about the only one that was able to do a lot of passing. Too bad he lost a wheel in his heat and had to start in the back. Bedford never has much passing.

The Grove and to a lesser extent Lincoln have been the places the outsiders have had a hard time with. Any momentum type track is an advantage for the travelling teams because that's where they make their bread and butter.

With all due respect for Brian Brown, who's a great racer & always entertaining, I'm gonna point out that he won both races from the front row, with no Dream Team to contend with....
But congratulations anyway!

Lance himself said at the night before the 50 that it was the hardest he had to drive at Port Royal all year. Brownie made a couple of mistakes in lapped traffic that I'll guarantee with a few more laps at Port, he wouldn't have made. Experience won that race as much as anything did. When Lance got around him, he still hung right with him and pushed Lance to the limit. As far as starting on the front row, he earned those starting spots by being fast right out of trailer and getting himself qualified well. Many drivers have said that if you start on the pole, you should win and that's what he did.

More kudos to posse land other than Charlie G the engine builder from posse land. I believe the front tires he's been using were bought in posse land too, so hats off to possie land tires.
Lawlessness and liberalism equals Hell. NY City,
Detroit, Seattle, Chicago, Minnepolis, etc. We saw it.
Burning hundreds of buildings, a thousand assaults and
dozens of murders. Getting worser and worser.

Agreed. I wasn't putting him down, just pointing out what others have pointed out in different races...

Brian Brown is a very good racer. What He seems to excell at is getting sponsorship and being to race on other peoples money. Not many can do what they love and get paid for it.Much better at it than Uncle Danny who is still one of the top 15 drivers.

Brown's one of the best and one of the most personable sprint car drivers in the country. I'm happy that he came to PA for our "month of money" and I'm glad it was worth his and the teams efforts in picking up 2 wins. I hope he comes back every year. He's made some fans for sure.
