LoneStar's 3rd Annual Bunny Hop 30 Blends High Banks Action with Colorful Family Fun - March 26!

Kilgore TX (3/9/16) by DarinShort.com. In what has quickly become a LoneStar Speedway (LSS) family tradition, the Bunny Hop 30 blends a massive pre-race Easter Egg Hunt with a full night of racing on the high banks; this year featuring the Texas Outlaw Modified Series battling it out for 30 laps.

Parents, make sure to gather up all the kids! LSS has several fun activities planned, including our giant Easter Egg Hunt (takes place just after hot laps, which are set for 7pm) and Kids Bike Giveaways. Fans of all ages can meet the Easter Bunny, who will be circulating through the grandstand area for pictures and fan interaction and selfies!

LSS drivers, as in the past, please bring along some stuffed Easter Eggs for the hunt to mix in with the swath of LSS eggs, so we can make it as big as in the past!

This is a full points night for all LoneStar Speedway racing divisions.

The Texas Outlaw Modified Series published purse, entry fee, rules and procedures are in effect. Modified drivers can click http://www.TexasMods.com for their rules, while all other divisions can visit http://www.LoneStarSpeedway.com for all details.

With this 'hopped up' purse for the Texas Outlaw Modified Series, fans can expect to see drivers such as Billy Brierton, Bobby Malchus, Brandon Watson, C.A. Nix, Chad Ewell, Chadd Howell, Charlie Smith, Chase Allen, Chris Huckeba, Clyde Dunn Jr., Cody Smith, Colby Smith, Dale Miller, Danny Florence, Harold Winton Sr., Jay Baggett, John Nemetz, John Webb, Josh Landers, Logan Robertson, Michael Baker, Michael Daniels, Mike Dillard, Sam Cox, Shawn Gammage, Tommy Fain, Triston Dycus, Troy Taylor...and the 2015 LSS Texas Outlaw Modified Series winner, Wesley Veal.

A strong field of LSS Modified drivers will be vying to defend their home turf, with the likes of Billy Jack Brutchin, Blake Tennimon, Bryan Bolden, Bryan Gunwall, Caleb Dillard, Chad Falco, Chad Migues, Chris Henigan, David Pierce, Donnie Powers, Glen Perry, Jason Ingalls, Jason Sartain, Jeff Harris, Jerry Jackson, Justin Ingalls, Kelly Lockey, Kenny Gaddis, Kyle Taylor, Larry Fears, Max Eddie Thomas, Michael Jackson, Patrik Daniel, Ralo Pilkington, Richie Ginn, Sean Gaddis, Taylor Rateliff, Tim Motley, Tye Clampitt, Wes Armstrong and Zack McMillan.

The Factory Stocks pay $300 to win and the Limited Modified winner receives $500. FWD 4 Cylinders pay $100 to win.

Complete purse breakdown in all divisions is posted at the LSS website under the 'resources' section, as always (reminder, in the Modifieds for this event, click http://www.TexasMods.com for full purse and rules). Pit passes for all ages are being kept at the 'weekly LSS show' price of $30.

A complete event flyer for the Saturday March 26th event is posted under the ‘resources’ section of the track website.

RaceCeivers are required for drivers; however mufflers at LoneStar Speedway are not required (unless required by your Series), so race fans can hear the cars the way nature intended for them to be heard!
