being only one week apart and similiar shows (trophy cup paying 20k to the points leader)
will one overshadow the other, ie: carcounts, purse?
Ascot was the greatest of all time..
West Capital wasn't half bad either..
Life is good...

If you're asking if one will have any effect on the other, then no. It would be a very minimal impact if any at all. You're talking a 410 race in California as opposed to a 360 race in Arkansas. A 26-hour drive from Tulare to Little Rock - even longer for the teams who came from north of Tulare.
If you're asking which will be the better event, then have fun figuring out an objective way to define it. Car counts are nice but the on-track product is what determines which is better, and it will be very difficult to find people who attend both and can give an unbiased opinion of which is better. Everyone has their favorites!

T-Cup is a 360 race but I agree. The 2 races are so far apart geographically that it makes no difference. Personally I prefer the uniqueness of the Trophy Cup format to STN.

My mistake - thought Trophy Cup was a 410 race.

Seriously think you could take every USAC/CRA 410 and combine them with KWS and those who race Chico Fridays and you might not come up with 84 entries.

Started as a 410 deal, but switched to 360's due to lagging car count. Trophy Cup is unique and special, not only in format but that it gives to a great cause. They limit entries as they want everyone running each night and they face a curfew, so you'll probally never see them go to much over 90 cars.
