The race I tried to set up at the atomic is go to be cancalled unless more people call

I had only 8 guys call and say they were coming and promoter stated he would not have a pay out on that few cars.

We can run with the 410 or run a show with pit money back but that is it.

Call or Text any changes to 740 703 6123

The 410's will be running that night

Why race saver?  Why not run what the 305's already do in Northern Ohio?  they've been around since 1988!

do it in the dirt

Racesaver puts everyone on a even playing field and keeps the cost of the motors incheck. You might as well run 410 or a 360 when running the 305 motor from up there as they have the same money in them. The racesaver make the driver win not the motor or who has the most money. There are allot of tracks are running the racesaver in NY, PA NJ WV TX and many other states. I heard that Bloomington Speedway in IND is looking to run them next year. We don't have any tracks in Ohio that run the racesaver motors currently.

I have had a couple people contact me about running there. I could use a couple more even if they were not a racesaver motor just a 305 to try to get a show before the season ends. If you have any interest in running please call 740 703 6123

We run Attica and Fremont and I'm sure a few of us would come down to race. If you decide a date before 9-27-14 i can spread the word at our championship night at Fremont.

To get more 305 cars on the track, DesMoines Fairgrounds lets Knoxville type 305 run with Racesavor by glueing a washer that has a 1 inch and 3/8 hole in it to top of stacks.  They say it has worked out real well.

I would take any 305's to put on a good show at the Atomic by the end of the year. I had a guy just call for NC that was interested in coming up to race when we get a date. I will take to Atomic tomorrow to see if i can get a date this year. I will post when i get a date. Thanks for all the interest

There guys running Racesaver Pa with well over $15,000 in their motor. Don't buy all the hype about the low cost.

The cost is not all what racesaver is about. It is putting a level playing field for sprint cars being a spec sealed motor. You can spend 5000 to 20k on a motor but they will have about the same HP as the heads limit the power and rules are strictly followed. The race i am trying to get this year will be a open 305 class. I would like to have the race saver race there next year but the first year keep it open but when you freshen the motor at the end of the season it must meet the Racesaver specs and get sealed.

I'd never run the build a motor for the grimes class but if it's " open " as u call it we'd show up.

I wish you luck. This spec/crate stuff has killed LM's. Sprint Cars don't need multiple divisions. If you can't run one, there are micros and other things to run.

No way you get 30 cars to show up for a regular payout. Guys just arent going to travel that far IMO.

I have had several cars interest but only 3 confirmed to show. We need more people to confirm if we are going to make it a go. Alot of tracks are already done by this time one last chance to race before next year.

Is there a good guy to contact? A fremont guy has contacted me and said they might have some people interested in running the race but won't know the exact count until next week after the race. I just want to make sure that we get the spot and the promoter is happy with the car count and show so next year he might have a serveral times.

We still need more cars to help fill out the ticket. This is a good chance to get another track to run 305 Sprints. There are only a few tracks in Ohio that run them non in the lower half of the state. Please call if you are interested in the race. I need to get more cars or we might not get the spot to race this year. They are offering a good purse for 20 or more cars. Call or Text me if interested in the race i wil be happy to answer any questions or get the answer for you. 740 703 6123
