Will be making my first trip to Toccoa Speedway on Sunday, August 31st for the USCS show, is there anything unique about the track, any can't miss concession stand food, anything near the track I should check out, etc...?

The track is D shaped, with the back straight being the curve of the D. Get there early and park trackside on the back straight and tailgate, great view and you'll be right in the sprint pit area.

Jimmech25t,
Thank you for the info, we parked trackside at Dixie and New Senoia and loved that you can bring your own food and drinks.

If Harris was a little closer to Atlanta and if I wasn't flying back to Denver on Monday afternoon, I would be there. I will actually keep the idea of going to Harris open but I haven't been home to Atlanta in a couple of months, so I ahve a feeling I will busy on Saturday running errands and doing honey-do's. We'll see.

Jim, it was nice to meet and chat with you Sunday night. Toccoa was a neat little, tight, fast and high banked track. USCS, both the 600's and 360's put on a good show. In the 360 feature Terry Gray was on it, it's unforetunate that he was collected in that late accident. I was going to swing by and say good night but I hit the road as soon as the checkers fell on the 360 A.
