I need to get a bottom radiator hose for a sprint car.Trouble is, I don't have a old one for a example. If I went to the part store, what would I ask for as far as make/mode/year of vehicle, etc.? I am using a stock type water pump and standard sprint car radiator. thanks

FYI in the past we have used a hose made by Goodyear called HY-flex its an industrial/marine hose thats approved 4 all types of uses its somewhat $$ but lasts & stands up very well Check your ID & Approx length It can be bought by the foot .Also dont forget to use double clamps. Hope this helps

I just use the flex type hose for that setup. Measure the length, get the right size ends, and you should be good to go.
