This is one of the few 4 bar cars that has the front torison arms shackled to the front axle. The only builder I know mounted them that way was Floyd Trevis. ....Luther

The schackle type mount would be an easy way to change the rake of the chasis by changing the length of the schackle. You would have to consider the location of the front torison bar tubes as far as height to accommodate the schackles. I saw a champ dirt car that had small rollers for the torison arms to ride on. The rollers had small heigth adjustmrnts. ...Luther
