Well who's getting fired up for the start of 4 races in 8 days with some cash on the line?

COTTON CLASSIC @Hanford CA starts things off

Been seeing the entry lists possibility's , and there stacked 305,360, and 410 fields are looking to have some great drivers.

temp in the 80's comfortable weather hope they plan to put some water on it due to possible high car count.

Feeling it......well it is leagal in cawink

Yes indeed, we're getting all our boys back home that have been runnin' amok all over the midwest & eastern tracks, impressing everyone that watches them, along with our local talent that run every race out west. Should be good to see them all mixing it up this weekend @ Kings. And then the big one next weekend at Tulare Thunderbowl with Trophy Cup. Looking forward to it all, & welcome home Gio, Cory, Carson, Rico and all our Cali kids. You make us very proud!

Kings should be a good race if they prep the track right, have seen some of the best racing in years gone by there. Trophy Cup is all by itself as one of the best races to be at. No sandbagging at the T/C you want every point you can earn so you start at the back of the A main.

Got the motorhome loaded and all ready to start the weekend off right. Got all our tickets already(please don't forget) just have to get some cookie dough so my wife can bake me some hot cookies after the races. LOL

Actually Pot is legal next Wednesday. Still no real laws in place to regulate its use or measure a driver under the influence. But since that has nothing to do with sprint cars, or maybe it does, haha......

Rod, you got the motorgome all ready to go and I just winterized mine and parked it to become a snow bank for the next 6 months.

So to the rest of you who want to complain about dust, long shows or no cushion, could be worse, could be no racing within 1200 miles. Jmo

Even though I may not know you, I
care what most of you think!

Well this Cali dirt tracker is proud of our young guys that have been impressing the East. Welcome home guys and gals (seen Mrs Shelton gettin' r done too).  Will not make the Cotton or T cup this year as cancer has been kicking my ass. Up shot, sergury Oct 16 and I will servive this ugly meniace. Guys, get your prostate exams at 45-50 or whatever is recommended. I'm 54 and will have a bag attatced to me next time I'm at the track. Stellar year for Oct. Sprint car racing in central valley. Here tell Freddie Ramer along with some of the best in country will be at TC and big $25,000 to overall winner. To all my buds I'll miss at the track (and camp grounds, even hot wheels in Tulare) this year, look forward to seeing you all next season. Peace, Cowboy George from Pismo.

  From central coast of Cali.
   Peace, Out.

Ah, yea. . . . scratch Rahmer Jr. Says T cup press release. Make way for the others. Says 101 cars enterd.  My experience at Cup is 10-20 cars no shows. Entery $$ goes to a great cause and by all means Dave P. and all the volunteers, sponsors increadable.   RIP #41 & #27. Hero's and fine role models.

Very sorry to hear this George :-(. I  know how much being there means to you. We had some of the best times of my life camping out with all of our friends until the fairgrounds screwed all that up. Oh - and fuck hot wheels! Ain't nobody missing that bitch :-).
