I am considering going to the Chili Bowl this year... I have never been there. Am I better off getting tickets in the grandstands? (I just need a single ticket to all nights) Or am I better off buying a pit pass? If I get a pit pass, will I be able to view the races good? Any information would be a great help. Thanks

Well budget makes slight difference, if you can get a single seat ticket for all days and afford to upgrade to pit pass do it. If not buy pit passes for nights tues wed Thursday then find good seat for Friday and Saturday if you lucky. The first few nights the pit passes and pit pass area seats on back are not too bad, on Friday and Saturday they just too cramped for me. The last several years I skip Friday and Sat because too many people framed in too tight

Find a 4 or 5 day tickest anywhere in the grandstand, go early and buy a combo pit pass. Enjoy a great week. Not a bad reserved seat !!
