Did you catch this in the Central PA write up?:
The mechanics of the top three finishers – Barry Jackson, Ricky Warner and Matt Highlands – all graduated from Big Spring High School in nearby Newville.
Now there's a good school district!

Not only that, I am sure there parents played a big role in there up bringing. Probably not like most are today. Big congrats to these 3 men!

I would love to be an apprentice for any of those guys....
I'm still mad that guidance counselor in HS discouraged me from taking auto shop, cause I was "college material". Went to college, dropped out, finally graduated at age 50 on "30 year plan". Still wish I had a better handle on mechanics. Used to work on my Ford Econoline vans (one of them made 352,000 miles), hardest job I completed successfully was replacing the clutch. Twice I replaced rear main seal (BIG job on a van!) & it still leaked when It was all put back together...
