Unless things have changed since I spoke to the owner at the USAC show at Lawrenceburg, the 71 will not be running the Nationals.

There's plenty of good drivers that could fit in that seat. Sammy Swindell and Craig Dollansky are two that come to mind right off the top of my head that don't have rides for the Nationals at the moment.
