First, the positive.  The video stream was pretty solid all night on Wednesday night.  Much improved from the first night.  Kudos to them for getting this resolved.  Second, the camera angles and overall coverage has been pretty much spot on.  They even have replays of most incidents which is just what us viewers want.  Again, thumbs up.

Now the bad.  Scotty Cook does a pretty good job of doing interviews with most everyone.  I am just wondering why the need for so much cussing on a broadcast?  Secondly, I'm not sure who was doing the play by play last night, but I wasn't really too impressed.  The lack of enthusiasm was pretty evident.  They may be great stats guys but I was almost lulled to sleep on several occasions.

All in all I would give the broadcast about a 7.5 out of 10 but am glad to be able to watch.  I sure hope the racing stays as good the next 3 nights as it has been so far.

It has been that way for a number of years now. They speak the truth they know what they are talking about. See if your cable lineup has MAVtv. I was able to get it on mine by adding an extra tier of channels for a few extra bucks. Not that it matters to me I'll be waving at you when MAVtv pans the crowd when the broadcast starts. And it is the C,s B,s and A . Basically from around 7:00 on.
