He has not really done anything in the 55 car.

I would find that hard to believe, being alley has been racing in South Dakota since Sunday. I think they are even planning to race tonight. But then again, stranger things have happened in the racing world.

this is classic bad luck motors, wrong place at the wrong time etc. Is the 55 team still using Cool Chassis? At any rate I wish Billy good luck he is a heck of a racer

Like any racer, Billy needs to sit in something he's comfortable with ! Same with Jeff Shepard, he is used to sitting in his own piece ! Especially after driving Denny Ashworth's lead sled !!!

Sorry, I did'nt mean to derail the thread but I keep going back to the jet, just because like Billy wether you own it or not you still, as a driver HAVE TO BE COMFORTABLE JUST GETTIN IT AROUND THE JOINT !!!  If your seat is not comfortable... GET OUT OF IT !!!

Madsen kicked butt in a Cool at Knoxville '05 champion, and has won some big races in Australia in a Cool so don't blame the chassis. The TK team has had miserable luck end of story.....

I don't think they are using cool chasis. I think they switched a few weeks back. I don't remember what they are using now though.

I know they "had" a new Eagle (junked it 2 weeks ago @ Knoxville), and have been running a J&J most of the year (I know they crashed it @ K'ville 2 weeks ago as well).

They were running don ott motors. I have a hard time believing that it is the motors.

They destroyed a Cool two weeks ago at Knoxville. Got a new maxim now.

Do any of you actually go to the races, go to Knoxville, just watch the smoke. Mechanically it breaks down every week.

Second problem last night was the Mag.

Every week. I agree on the mechanical breakdowns. I do know that they junked that Eagle 2 weeks ago (in Hot Laps no less).

Wonder who tunes their motors nightly? Brian Brown and Dusty Zomer sure haven't had those types of issues this year.

Neither crash 2 weeks ago was Billys fault.
