Perhaps not the first name you think of in the list of long time sprint car owners. Almost 35 years of owning and I believe a few more sponsoring before owning.

Always good stuff and good drivers. Spends plenty staying close to home two nights a week.

Good to see them off to a great start.

Mike has spent alot of $$ over the years starting with Mackison. They raced the All Stars for a few years so that requires lodging & transportation costs & always has 1st class equipment. As far as I am concerned Haas was an under achiever like no other for 11 years in that ride. JMHO

It has been good marragie so far for both Lucas & Mike. Wolfe is a professional, fairly easy on equipment, and it puts Barshinger near the top of the heap in terms of succesful current owners in Central Pa. He was under the radar for a long time with Haas in his cars.

The Barshinger car was a 358 for many years. Haas was great in 358's but hasn't had a lot of success in the 410's. I remember him being a rim rider in 358's but is a bottom hugger in the 410's. He has his moments when the track is dry and slick.

Haas, Cannon and Seigel are the drivers you look at and go "how did they keep a ride for so long" The 39 is a WoO caliber car just like the Barshinger 11c (24) was and is. Not taking anything away from Haas and Seigel but i was really surprised to see them keep and get the rides they have assuming Seigel is back in the 58 this year.

Tells you even more about the guy when he sticks with a  driver who doesn't set the world on fire.

How many car owners do that?

I can only think of one off the top of my head - Bob Weikert wink

Cannon hasn't raced in 3 or 4 years. He definitely knew how to get around Selinsgrove. I'm surprised he hasn't landed back in a 360.
