All the talk is rightly focused on Knoxville but I was curious if anyone had a list of who was planning to be at Mansfield. Will we see some teams leave Knoxville after their preliminary night if they are mired back in the alphabet to take a shot at the 15 grand?

Should be a really cool field. Just from twitter and facebook ive seen that Caleb Helms will be there, and then from New York, Joe Trenca and Coleman Gulick in the winged 410's. I saw Landon Simon will be there wingless with BOSS.

Also, Caleb Armstrong, Trevor Baker, Craig Mintz in the 11n. Landon Simon will do double duty friday, and then saturday Ryan Ruhl will drive his winged car on saturday.

Obviously it'll be OH heavy with FAST, OSCS, local OH teams.  Some All Stars will show. Some PA guys will come too.  My guess is Ryan Smith will be there.  Saw Dylan Cisney, Joe Trenca (as NFillman says above), Scotty Thiel, Trevor Baker, Caleb Armstrong, Craig Mintz in the 11n, and Brock Zearfoss all going.

My pick is DJ Foos or Ryan Smith could take the win.  Should be a good field of cars.

Should be a stout field with good weather. I did see that most of the top western PA guys will be at Sharon for their 3k to win show that night (Sodeman, Bowser, Dave Blaney, Flick, Shetler).

Had 63 410's. Caleb Armstrong picked up the win.

Last checkered at 3:30 am. By 2am I was completely numb. Left at 3 after the 410 main. Crawled in bed at 6:30 am. I know the teams do stuff like that every weekend. Total respect to them.

140 sprints cars, 66 of them 410s. Bunch of reds.

Great showing by the PA guys who came out. Incredible facility. Still have some things to work through.

Dragging butt today, but glad I went.

I've been going to that track for 41 years. I've seen some good things, and I've seen some bad. Last night was extremely unfortunate.

I strongly considered making the 2 hour drive over for it, But decided to stay close and go to Sharon's race as the new surface has produced some great sprint races and I'm glad I didn't as getting home after 5 in the morning doesnt sound appealing. Speaking of which Danny Holtgraver spanked the field last night,  Also prayers to Jack Sodeman Jr who was involved in an accident and is being treated for a bad back injury.

Hoping it was a learning experience for the track and the 100K to win show next spring gets completed much earlier

Was impressed by the place,  The car count.  Racing was meh in the wing heats but the track held up all night.

Problem is, You can't take ten minutes between each race when you have 23 races.   Thats two and a half hours of pushing cars around.

Left after second red in Winged A. got home at 5 asleep at 530

The time between races is something that has to change there. I was at the Memorial Day Sunday All-Star show that got washed just before the features and even with the impending weather they were still taking that much time between races. I said back then that they would've gotten the show in that night had they not taken so much time between races.

Agree with you and Charles. Why the need to push the cars with 4 wheelers clear out from the turn 4 entrance out to the exit of turn 2 - then push them off? Line up your push trucks just before the turn 4 entrance, push the cars out a few at a time right there and push them off from turn 4.

And more wreckers!
