NCRA/NSL Ten to Win/A Fans Guide for the Weekend!

Park City, Kansas – March 6, 2016 - As we get closer to the $10,000 to win “Park City Cup/ Air Capital Shootout” featuring the National Championship Racing Association of Park City, Kansas presented by Precise Racing Products and gomuddy.com National Sprint League 360 sprint car series slated for Thursday through Saturday night, March 24-26, at 81 Speedway in Park City, here is a fans guide to this sixth annual event.

Officials with 81 Speedway have got together with the following Park City motels and hotels that will offer discounted rates for race weekend. When calling for reservations you must mention you are competing in or attending the races at 81 Speedway to get the best rate possible at each location:

Motel 6                     316-440-5050

Red Roof Inn             316-744-7711

Best Western             316-832-9387

Super 8                     316-744-2071

Qualify Inn & Suites    316-927-3900

Most of the above mentioned motels/hotels have plenty of room for race trailer parking if needed. You will also be allowed to park on the speedway ground and remember there are no available hookups.

Thursday night’s open practice and special time trial session will be held from 7:00 PM until 10:00 PM and grandstand admission will be just $5.

Then Friday night’s 27th consecutive season opener for the NCRA and the inaugural season for the NSL 360-ci sprinters will see gates open at 5:00 PM with hot lap sessions starting at 6:00 PM. The first heat is scheduled to fire off at 7:00 PM and the night will conclude with a $1500 to win feature finale that will pay $250 just to start the twenty-four car feature finale. Grandstand admission will be $15.

The sixth annual “Park City Cup/Air Capital Shootout” championship Saturday night will once again see gates open at 5:00 PM with race time slated for 7:00 PM. The largest pay in NCRA sprint history will wrap up the weekend and pay $10,000 to win and $500 for all drivers making the twenty-four car feature finale. Grandstand admission will be $20.

Officials and staff at 81 Speedway as well as NCRA and NSL encourage all drivers and fans attending this three night event to eat and shop in Park City and thank each business for their partnership with the speedway.
