JJ Hickle and Dan Dunlap make contact in turn 2 during the Grays Harbor Raceway Season Championship with Hickle going for a wild ride on the backstretch. Hickle was not hurt in the accident, and did walk away.

And he got out of the car on fire. Had a water pump there, I read couldn't get engine to run.. With that big a fire bottles just don't work. Purple K and CO2. Need water and Coldfire or another Alcohol fire bottles.

Pump should be running any time sprints are on track. Even if you have to plumb a return to the tank in and have two valves.

It was a very scary incident I am glad JJ got out of the car when he did, could of been much worse, but thanks to Cam Smith and Tyler Anderson helping out, I don't even want to think what could of happened.

I do have my thoughts on the whole situation, but it's been expressed by many on Facebook already and on here.

Glad JJ is ok, maybe it's time for Dan Dunlap to retire... been due for about 20 years.

no dog in this fight but it was clearly not dunlaps fault, slider gone wrong for JJ , he paid the price...

Ascot was the greatest of all time..

West Capital wasn't half bad either..

Life is good...
