Wondering what is out there for MSD/Tach mounts. I've seen what Speedway sells. Just looking for something else. Do you mount your box on the engine or drivers side of the dash? Thanks

J&J makes a nice unit. I've seen one mounted outside, with the tac visible through a hole in the dash. Doesn't really matter, if you're smart you'll take it out before washing the car so no moisture gets near the box.

Box can get to hot and that does not help it. You can mount it either way, but if you ever have to replace one in a hurry you can do so in the drivers side. If you race alot you will have one fail. Have yours checked every year and buy an extra when you can aford it.
