Please check out the Southern Ohio Equipment Co. Ohio Thunder IMCA Racesaver Sprint Car Series facebook page. We are going to be working on a webpage.
We are working on getting a motor builder to seal motors.
We will be having another rules meeting when I get the motor sealing worked out. I have a guy interested in helping the class and he will be talking to french in the morning.
Please check out the website for the tracks we are running this year.
We may be adding 1 to 2 more tracks and a few dates to the schedule.
Thanks

The Payout will be base on car count. I will post a payout schedule when we get it worked out.

Good News Charlie Fisher of Fisher Racing Engines is now going to seal the motors for us. Please call me before calling Charlie. Charlie is not going to build the motors ONLY tag the motors.
Charlie is not going to sell the Racesaver heads you can get form French Grimes him self for 1500.00 Speedway motors for 1588.00. Please have the heads purchased before setting up any appointments with Charlie. Charlie is a great guy and is doing me and the Class a huge favor. That is why I am asking for you to call me first so I can make sure you are ready to seal the motor before calling. My number is 740 703 6123 Thank and Happy Building

Do they still inspect the motor after the races or do they go on a racers word?

At Eagle Raceway, we tech the top 4 in the feature each and every week. All non-sealed areas are checked including lift, valve springs, ensuring that the seals are intact and that the seals match the #'s on the hard card for that engine.
We have had several disqualifications in just the 2 years that we have been running the Racesaver series.
I hope that answers your questions.

Yes top 5 will have seals checked to match the Hard Car, Cars will be weighted, TI will be checked, and Will have to have a Racesaver Right rear crossing the line in the feature. It will be a zero tolerance policy. We are following the racesaver rules to a Tee. No exceptions. All motors need the hard card to be legal. If you don't have a hard card please contact French to see if they have a copy.

Please EVERYONE bring your hard card with you to the meeting. If you don't have one please bring pictures of the seals and motor. You have to have the hard card to race and it must be in your name. Any question please call Thanks

Series website (3/2/15) ? Total purse? And yes, we have our hardcard. It's easier to get than the total purse.

We are working on the website. The purse will be discuss the purse at the meeting on the 7th. If you are interested in the series come to the meeting. Both tracks will have different purses based on car counts. If you can come to the meeting we would be glad to have you. I know you are really worried about the purse. One track is finishing up the purse for us and will have it at the meeting.

They are for a FAST 305 race not the Racesaver Class. Racesaver can run in the race if they wish. Rules are more open than the Racesaver class.
Remember the meeting this Saturday March 7 2015 at 1 Pm
