Just to keep everyone up to date. Jason Johnson just won his third national title with Ford power. It all makes sense why Jeff is protesting. With all the golden opportunities that he has blown with supeior Ford power I'm sure there is bitterness there. His severe case of chevyitis has regulated his career for about 25 years now. Everyone needs to look under the hood of Ken Block's new Mustang to see what type of bullet should be at WoO races. If the WoO girls ran the good stuff, results would be very similar to Jason's division.
Luna's Ford engine style that won 2 WoO titles and 3
Kings Royals before a weight rule against the best EVER
in their prime and now DOMINATES super dirt late model
racing is no longer allowed/wanted in a WoO sprint
car.... Was Luna a miracle worker?

... And by blown opportunities you mean extra dollars to get less horse right? Keep digging.

If the Chevy Brodix head was allowed to run the same valve angle as the Ford head, I bet there wouldn't have been a protest. Some guys have bought blank Chevy ASCS heads and tried it but got caught.

Thanks Z. Had to scroll down quite a way to see it. Headers do look like a Ford....my info was from start of 2014 season, I wonder did he switch back to Fords? Or does Ott build Fords too?

He went back to the Fords at Knoxville 360 Nationals. And ran them the rest of the year from there.

Ah, Swindells, the racing family everyody loves to hate, which kind of makes me like them.... Only 15 points behind, worth a shot, no? I wonder what the failed protest cost him? kinda funny
Congratulations JJ!

Yeah, those Fords win so many races. What a freaken joke. Drag racing: 90% everything except the nitro methane cars that all run hemi',s run bowtie motors(sure John Force might have a valve cover that says Ford on it but we know what it is). Dirt track racing: 98%+ of all the cars, mods, sprint cars, etc run Chevy motors at your local track as well as at the Knoxville Nationals for sprints and for late models. Napscar: its a tossup as it's just who spends the most money, GM or Ford. Hod rods: 95% of all hot rods built in this country have a Chevy crate motor, often built up to 1000 + HP. Next time your at your local dirt track or at Knoxville ask some mechanic working in the pits what brand motor do most of the cars have, He'd answer by sayhing Chevy motors aren't in the MOST cars, they are in 98% of the stock cars, late models, and sprint cars and the poor soul running a Ford motor is spending 3 times as much money to keep it running. Yeah, bring on that ford crap One guy wins a race with a ton of Ford money behind him and all of a sudden they are the dominat engine. What bullshiite.
Lawlessness + liberalism = HELL - NYC, Detroit, Chicago,
Seattle, LA Who the H runs those cities.
