There's a tweet to his team Twitter page of a new helmet that refers to him using it at the Nationals. It's a safe bet he'll be there.

i did notice that for the trophy cup the drivers for the 83 teams are to be announced! stranger things have happened in this sport, who knows. Knoxville???
